Please keep in mind the following conditions before returning a product:

  1. You need to raise a return request within 15 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
  2. Ensure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e. unworn/unused, with all tags intact.
  3. Please note that we are unable to return any orders without the original Life4Ever invoice of the product(s).
  4. For guest users, in case of any return(s), provided all conditions are met, a signup is necessary.
  5. Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa.


You can easily return product(s) by following these steps:

  1. After logging into your profile with your ID and password, go to “My Account”>”My Orders”.
  2. You will find a “Return” tab against every order, click on it to raise a return request.
  3. A Return number will be generated for your reference.
  4. Re-pack the product in the original packaging, with the original invoice.
  5. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order. The courier executive shall help seal the packaging and pick up the order from the shipping address within 2-3 working days.
  6. After processing the return, the refund amount shall be credited to your Life4Ever account in the form of store credits./li>

Please note that we can deny the refund for the product(s) if not found in the original condition with all labels intact, or found to be used/damaged/soiled/washed/altered or worn (other than to try the item on).
